Winnipeg’s fourth Chicken Chef location was opened by a familiar face at 2539 Main Street on Wednesday. After working at Coca Cola for 25 years, Mike Paulic decided to return to the Chicken Chef family where he worked at head office as a teenager and got to know the people there and the culture of the business.
